"This drawing was created for the 1999 "Taste of the Timberwolves" which is a charity function put on by the Minnesota Timeberwolves, and helps the Timberwolves community foundation. The drawing is one of my favorites because of the intense look on his face. The piece has action, without any actual physical action. The action is mental. I like the idea of being able to capture someones emotion and intensity. It is something that I have taught myself to do over the years, and is what sets me apart from the everyday portrait artists."
